Reflecting God’s Presence,
Releasing Generations

Because we are receiving God’s love revealed in Jesus Christ, by grace we reflect His presence and bring His freedom to every generation.

  • The vulnerability of the cross reminds us that Jesus meets every one of us in our weaknesses and sinfulness. As we make Christ crucified the center of our lives, our church, and everything we do, we discover the good news that we don't have to rely on our own strength but the power of God. (1 Corinthians 1:22-24; 2:2)

  • The gospel impacts every aspect of our lives, so we place our whole lives before God as an offering. We do this in prayer, worship, breaking of bread, and by practicing mercy and justice in our communities. (Romans 12:1-2)

  • The Bible calls us to love God with all our heart, mind, and strength, and love our neighbor as ourselves. Spiritual maturity happens as we intentionally seek to grow in each one of these areas. (Ephesians 4:15-16)

  • God has always called together a unique community to prophetically express His beauty and holiness in creative and artistic ways. (Ephesians 2:10; Genesis 1:1)

  • To know Jesus and His love for us is to want to share Him with others. In every industry, every family, every relationship status, we are all invited to make Christ known by how we live wherever He’s called us. (2 Corinthians 5:14-20)

  • God is a God of all generations, therefore we seek to learn from and empower people from every generation as they make their unique contribution in God’s kingdom. (Psalm 145; Deuteronomy 6:20-25)

  • Jesus ascended to heaven and gave His Spirit to His followers, extending His ministry. In the same way, we are pouring out and sending forth so that the ministry of Jesus can go even further than us. (Matthew 28:16-20)

This is what it looks like.

May your deeds be shown to your servants, your splendor to their children. May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands.

Psalms 90:16-17
