For decades, college-aged people have found life-changing community at the Onyx House.

Onyx is a sixty-student co-ed house that makes space for students from different cities, states, and nations to chase their goals, academically and personally, while growing in Christ.

Faith Center runs, operates, and maintains the house as an extension of the church’s college-age ministry.

Love God with everything you’ve got.
Love people with everything God gives you.

The Onyx House is much more than a place to live. It is a place to develop key relationships (God, others, ourselves) in the context of a community of other followers of Jesus. It is a place to grow together – celebrating and enjoying the good times, and supporting and encouraging each other through tough times. Whether it is attending a service on a Friday night, enjoying a meal at the house, or living here while you work on your college education, we hope that this is a place where you experience the love of Jesus in tangible, practical, and wholistic ways similar to what we read about the earliest Christian community (Acts 2:42-74).

The House

Every Friday night at 6:00PM, the Onyx House hosts dinner, followed by a worship service at 7:00PM. Both are open for all college-age adults. At the Friday gatherings, we sing, pray, study the scriptures and receive communion together, and just hang out. This is a time to gather with other students to focus our minds and hearts on Jesus and to share His love with one another, while connecting with old friends and meeting new ones.
